Change log:
- Add browser mute function, in status bar, add a new icon of speaker, you can change its state to mute the browser, with this function, now you can get out of the bother from web page's sound.
- Improve float ads filter, resolve some compatible question.
- Improve favorite icon's painting, now it can effect immediately after skin changed.
- Fix a compatible question with Ajax.
- Fix a compatible question of black list ad filter, it may cause any plug in work incorrect.
- Fix a error of skin painting.
About browser mute function:
- In windows xp, it can mute all media's sound, such as Flash/QuickTime/MediaPlayer/RealPlayer and so on.
- In windows 2000/vista, it can mute sound of Flash/RealPlayer.
- In windows 98, it doesn't work, the speaker state change only mute web page's BGSound.
世界之窗浏览器是一款小巧、快速、安全、功能强大的多窗口浏览器，它是完全免费，没有任何功能限制的绿色软件。世界之窗浏览器兼容微软IE浏览器，可运行于微软windows98/ME/2000/XP/Vista系列操作系统上，它使用IE浏览器相同的内核，因此网页显示效果可以与IE浏览器完全相同，推荐您同时安装IE6。0版或者更高的版本。
2.0.4.9更新日志：
新增了浏览器静音功能，可以禁止网页发出声音；
解决了黑名单过滤功能的一个兼容问题，如sina围棋插件问题；
解决了添加收藏夹图标换肤后不能立即更换的问题；
改进了搜索设置，当地址栏搜索时，搜索词不会强制显示到搜索框了；
改进了浮动广告拦截，解决了一个误拦截问题；
改进了一个ajax页面兼容问题，表现为某些种情况下页面表现不正常；
关于静音功能：
在Windows XP中是全功能的，可以过滤Flash/QuickTime/MediaPlayer/RealPlayer等页面插件的声音
在Windows 2000/Vista下仅支持Flash/RealPlayer插件
在Windows 98则不支持页面插件静音（此时喇叭图标仅仅切换是否播放背景音乐）
皮肤支持部分的三处改动（供皮肤设计者参考）：
1、修改了皮肤中的三个参数处理：
-它们是[Combobox]节中的SearchRightPad，AdressRightPad，HisSearchRightPad
-这个值现在代表控件内的编辑框窗口右边与控件窗口右边的距离
-对于HisSearchRightPad，SearchRightPad两个参数，如果不写或者值为0的时候，表示使用背景图的1/3宽度作为留空宽度。
-而AdressRightPad不写或者值为0的时候，表示使用地址框后面的下拉按钮的宽度作为留空宽度。
2、增加了皮肤中对于状态栏的进度的绘制参数：
[ToolBar]节中增加了
ProgressGaugeMode=1
#状态栏进度条，刻度部分绘制方式，1为拉伸，2为平铺
3、修复了一个皮肤绘制错误
当标签条样式为激活标签压住旁边的非激活标签的时候（压边效果），原来的绘制缺少透明效果
注意，由于标签条经常会由于进度变化等发生更新，出于效率考虑，TheWorld限制压边最多不超过5个像素，即PBorder不可以大于5
注意：由于这个版本增加了皮肤元素（静音用的喇叭图标），建议换肤的朋友暂时使用默认皮肤，世界之窗浏览器皮肤设计大赛即将开始，到时候大家会有很多完美的皮肤可用的。
